Robert Tranchina

Founder & CEO

Robert, a retired Orange County Sheriff has dedicated his life to supporting children with Cystic Fibrosis. Robert, Husband and Father of 7, has two children who suffer from CF and is very familiar with the challenges that CF Patients overcome daily. Former CEO of ALS Limousine, Robert has connected with the World Famous West Coast Customs to create a fleet of Limousines that will brighten children's days when returning from hospital treatments. Monarch Global is a life long Dream of Roberts' and he continues to strive for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. Roberts mission is to assemble a team second to none who will help educate children within communities about CF and assist those who have CF live better more fulfilling lives through Monarch Global programs and support teams.

Lorenzo Strong

VP & Marketing Director

Strong is a Southern CA native. As Vice President of Sales and Brand Partnerships for the world Famous West Coast Customs, Lorenzo can be recognized for co-creating the infamous Marvel Black Panther Superhero Vehicle as well as the latest CBS Star Trek Discovery Space Ship Automobile. Dedicated to making dreams come true, Mr. Strong is creating opportunities and overseeing operations at Monarch Global to ensure that children who suffer from cystic fibrosis, are able to live and enjoy life to its fullest! Once a driver for a Private Race Team, Lorenzo raced the spectrum of Porsche 911's, Corvettes, and Mustangs. Competitive by nature, Strong has performed at the peak in basketball, giant slalom skiing, and other adventure sports. Now a husband and father, Lorenzo has shifted gears and enjoys time with his family boating, wake boarding and enjoying the CA sun.

David Harned

Events Director

David is currently a full time Production Manager at LoanDepot in Orange County, California where oversees a team of twenty people. Throughout most of high school and college David had his own Entertainment company,  GDM Live,  where he produced events in partnership with different college organizations around the country. Some notable acts that were booked are Snoop Dogg, Post Malone, Tyga, and many more.  His experience with event planning in the entertainment industry poises him to be able to help Monarch Global increase their brand awareness through special events. David's hard working and competetive nature along with his positive attitude help everyone to stay motivated and on target. 

Erin Williamson

Events Coordinator

Erin Williamson is a full time So.Cal Realtor with First Team Real Estate. She is the chair of the Luxury Advisory Board for FTRE and part of the Master's Circle for Christie's International Real Estate. She has become a  motivational speaker and real estate coach since the release of her first book called "It's Just Stuff". After losing her home in a California wildfire in 2017, Erin has put into words her perspective about what matters most in life and the understanding that every obstacle is an opportunity in disguise. She is passionate about philanthropy and has organized many successful events to benefit Monarch Global, CHOC and Peyton's Project. Erin's positive attitude is contagious and her passion is to inspire others to live their best lives. 

Kristen Bold

Sales

Director of Community Outreach & a senior in high school, Kristen immerses herself in countless projects around her community to promote positivity, to motivate, and lend a helpful hand. Her passion for medicine and advocacy for both mental and physical health originates from her daunting experiences and compassionate personality. Kristen strives to push herself to the limits, both with her academics and leadership, expanding herself to be best for her community and far beyond. Receiving top fundraising recognition as well as the Hero Award in a local Students of the Year Competition, Kristen and her high school team collectively raised over $451 K for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. As the National Honor Society president at her school, she helps ingrain the pure qualities of assisting nonprofits and causes, while fostering a humble and appreciative perspective.

Jacqueline Dagdigian

Web Developer

Jacqueline is a full time software engineer. She currently works for a telecommunications company and helps to develop their VoIP system. She is passionate about helping others and is always looking for a new project to get involved in. She enjoys volunteering at animal shelters as well when she can. In her free time she loves spending as much time outdoors as possible, whether that is hiking or going to the beach in her native Southern California or taking horseback riding lessons.
