David is currently a full time Production Manager at LoanDepot in Orange County, California where oversees a team of twenty people. Throughout most of high school and college David had his own Entertainment company,  GDM Live,  where he produced events in partnership with different college organizations around the country. Some notable acts that were booked are Snoop Dogg, Post Malone, Tyga, and many more.  His experience with event planning in the entertainment industry poises him to be able to help Monarch Global increase their brand awareness through special events. David's hard working and competetive nature along with his positive attitude help everyone to stay motivated and on target. 

Erin Williamson is a full time So.Cal Realtor with First Team Real Estate. She is the chair of the Luxury Advisory Board for FTRE and part of the Master's Circle for Christie's International Real Estate. She has become a  motivational speaker and real estate coach since the release of her first book called "It's Just Stuff". After losing her home in a California wildfire in 2017, Erin has put into words her perspective about what matters most in life and the understanding that every obstacle is an opportunity in disguise. She is passionate about philanthropy and has organized many successful events to benefit Monarch Global, CHOC and Peyton's Project. Erin's positive attitude is contagious and her passion is to inspire others to live their best lives. 

Director of Community Outreach & a senior in high school, Kristen immerses herself in countless projects around her community to promote positivity, to motivate, and lend a helpful hand. Her passion for medicine and advocacy for both mental and physical health originates from her daunting experiences and compassionate personality. Kristen strives to push herself to the limits, both with her academics and leadership, expanding herself to be best for her community and far beyond. Receiving top fundraising recognition as well as the Hero Award in a local Students of the Year Competition, Kristen and her high school team collectively raised over $451 K for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. As the National Honor Society president at her school, she helps ingrain the pure qualities of assisting nonprofits and causes, while fostering a humble and appreciative perspective.
